The Dance Wearhouse has been in business for over thirty years. The business
has been owned and operated by members of the community that value and
appreciate the art of dance. Each owner has taken the store to a higher
level, with the current owner introducing our services to the internet. Each
owner has had a personal interest in the art of dance which has attributed
to the long running success of The Dance Wearhouse.
Our Employees
Each
employee has an extensive background in dance. Our employees range from
dance teachers, current students, and former students. All employees have
had performance experience and classroom training. Our employees are hand
picked with our customers in mind. Each associate is trained to fit dance
shoes, with an emphasis on pointe shoes. Their vast dance experience allows
them to better serve each of our customer's needs.
Our Owner
The Dance
Wearhouse is owned and operated by a former principal dancer with a local
civic ballet company. She has been instructing dance for the past twenty
years and remains active in a community studio. She adds choreography to her
list of experiences for everything from one-hundred member squads to
liturgical movements for religious celebrations. She is a certified
instructor and brings a wealth of experience to the Dance Wearhouse staff.
